STANDARD RESERVATIONS – Your credit-card details will be held as a guarantee of the reservation. We keep the right to verify the credit card and pre-authorize the first night of your stay. – An invalid credit card will automatically cancel the reservation. – Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is notified less than three days (before 12:00 a.m. local time) before the planned arrival date, or in case of no show, the first night of penalty will be charged on your card. No penalty will be due if the cancellation is notified more than three days in advance. – Any cancellation notification shall be written. Amendments or cancellations made by telephone are not accepted.  


NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and may not be cancelled or amended. The total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card in advance.

For all bookings made on our website or by telephone with a stay from 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021, the non-refundable rate will enjoy the following opportunities:
Possibility of changing the date (until 31/03/2021) and Possibility of changing the name without any penalty to be paid.
