There are 4 line systems:
- city centre with lines 1 and 2 that go along the Grand Canal and Canal della Giudecca, from Tronchetto to the Lido;
- the Giracittà with lines 4.1 and 4.2 that go around the perimeter of the lagoon until Murano;
- the lagoon lines with boat n. 12 that connect the islands;
- seasonal lines for special events or high season tourists with MC line that connect San Mark square with International Film Festival on Lido Island.
Water boats services run 24 hours a day, with a night service with specific timetables running from midnight to 5 am.
